Labels of cosmetics must be accord to Chinese related laws and regulations. Importers or agents who own the labels( called owners of labels in following)need apply for labels record to local CIQ. Should comply with one of following conditions when owners of labels apply for labels record. 1.have labels approval certificate issued by CIQ 2.have qualified labels Documents required when you apply for labels record 1.have labels approval certificate issued by CIQ 2.have health certificate or inspection certificate issued by CIQ Operations dept. will review these documents you provided, if have no problems, they will give you record no. and type-in their system.
